The MIL Scale GAP Reticle in the FDN-17 features full MIL and .5 MIL hash marks laid out in a clean display. The full MIL hash marks are numbered every 2 MILs for quick and easy reference. The hash marks represent a total of 9 MILs of adjustment below the horizontal axis, 4 MILs of adjustment above the horizontal axis, and 4 MILs of adjustment to the left and right of the vertical axis.

The GENIIXR Reticle in the FDN-17 features hold over points below zero to better facilitate range estimation and trajectory compensation. The reticle incorporates alternating hash marks and dots that are spaced out in .5 MIL increments. The hash marks and dots represent 5 MILs of total elevation adjustment above the horizontal axis, 10 MILs of elevation adjustment below the horizontal axis, and 5 MILs of windage adjustment to the left and right of the vertical axis.

Designed by U.S. Optics, this MOA based reticle offers 1 MOA out to 10 MOA marks. The open center features a broken cross to provide a clear view of the shooter’s groupings, while the fine crosshairs present a clear and crisp image without obscuring the target. The IGR provides 30 MOA on upper and 60 MOA on lower vertical axis, while providing 30 MOA left and right on the horizontal axis.

Designed by U.S. Optics, this MIL based reticle offers full MIL, .5 MIL, .3 MIL and .2 MIL hash marks. The open center features a broken cross to provide a clear view of the shooter’s groupings, while the fine crosshairs present a clear and crisp image without obscuring the target. The MGR provides 6 MILs of wind and 11 MILs of elevation holdovers.

The MIL Scale MPR Reticle in the FDN-17 is one of the most versatile reticles when it comes to providing MIL ranging capability.  The hash marks can be used to provide ranging and hold-over reference points as low and precise as .2 MILs, .3 MILs, .5 MILs and 1 MIL up to 10 MILs on the left and right of the horizontal axis, and from .2 MILs to 15 MILs from top to bottom of the vertical axis. A total of 10 MILs of adjustment are below the horizontal axis, 5 MILs of adjustment are above the horizontal axis, and 5 MILs of adjustment to the left and right of the vertical axis.

The MDMOA Reticle in the FDN-17 is based on the standard Shooters Minute of Angle, also known as Inch Per Hundred Yards (IPHY). The reticle provides 40 MOA of adjustment below the horizontal axis, 20 MOA of adjustment above the horizontal axis, and 30 MOA to the left and right of the vertical axis. 1 MOA increments are used on all four axes for the finer ranging capability. Dots located on each 10 MOA marks, the center of the crosshair (4 MOA total).

The Horus Vision H102 in the FDN-17 was designed for the entry-level rifleman, designated marksman or sniper. Features include, but are not limited to, targeting ovals, leads for moving targets and a rangefinder. The grid pattern represents a total of 27 MILs of adjustment below the horizontal axis, 30.5 MILs of adjustment above the horizontal axis, and 30.5 MILs of adjustment to the left and right of the vertical axis. The H102 also allows for wind correction as well as leading targets moving up to 60 miles per hour.

The Horus Vision H59 Reticle is a “field-tuned” version of the Horus Vision H58. Horus widened the horizontal grid by 1 MIL for increased wind holdover. The center cross has been turned into a “broken cross” so groupings are less obscured and more easily seen.

Based on the Tremor2™ reticle, Horus Vision has added Rapid Range Bars above the main horizontal stadia, more holdover dots for an expanded uncluttered grid, and extra Speed-Shooting Guides along the 1-mil horizontal stadia. The Tremor™3 reticle also features Moving Target Holds and wind guides found in the Tremor2™.
